1. Production babies
From Toy Story onwards, Pixar has included a section in the end credits called "Production babies," listing the names of babies born to staff during the production of the film. Pixar believes that the personal lives of their staff are closely tied to the films they work on. Including the names of babies born during that period symbolizes the intimate connection between their family lives and the production, sharing the joy with a wider audience.

Pixar wasn't always so attentive to its employees' family lives. During the making of Toy Story 2, due to constant revisions and tight schedules, employees were overworked. One day, a couple who both worked at Pixar forgot to drop off their child at daycare, leaving the baby in the car exposed in the Pixar parking lot. Fortunately, the child was rescued in time, but this incident prompted Pixar to address the issue of employee burnout.

The tradition of listing babies in the credits has persisted since Disney acquired Pixar, and in Tangled, they even added "Chameleon kids" to commemorate the babies born to the crew members who had chameleons as pets for animation reference.

Someone has compiled the number of production babies in each Pixar film. It seems like the crew of Cars was particularly productive...

2. Carlos the coffee guy
Starting from the 2007 Disney film Meet the Robinsons, including Frozen and Big Hero 6, you can find a position titled "Caffeination" in the credits. Initially, audiences couldn't understand why Disney films listed a "Caffeination" role. Eventually, it was revealed that Carlos Benavides was responsible for all the coffee at the Disney studio.

In Hollywood, it's common to include everyone involved in the production, including assistants, drivers, chefs, etc., in the end credits. Thus, this magical position was born! Carlos is practically the most important person in the entire production process (?!) Since Carlos's existence was discovered, many fans specifically wait for his appearance during the end credits of every Disney film, cheering for "the coffee guy."

Disney even once featured Carlos on their Instagram, and he has his own IMDb page.

Isn't the comprehensive credits list cool? Next time, remember to watch the credits till the end! You might discover some new interesting tidbits!
